Local Life Japan has years of experience welcoming small to mid-sized groups, including university cohorts and faculty-led programmes, for short-term study and cultural immersion in Japan.

We offer tailor-made group programmes for groups of 10 or more students, ranging from one week to three months, depending on your objectives, schedule, and budget.

- Japanese language and culture lessons

- Cultural activities, workshops and excursions 

- Interaction and exchange opportunities with local students

- Homestay with a Japanese family OR hotel stays

- Placement test & online interview for mixed cohorts

- Course completion certificate & farewell event

- Local student support and emergency contact

- Airport transfer

- Traditional Yukata set for each student to take home

As part of our commitment to providing a smooth and well-supported experience for both students and staff, the following services are included at no additional cost:

- Online welcome session for students

- Parent information session

- Teacher-only WhatsApp support group 

- Student reflection worksheet

- Teacher feedback session

- Shared photo and video folder throughout the program, allowing teachers to easily update parents and school communities during the trip
