• Valid passport for the entire duration of the trip
• Financial means during the duration of the trip or presentation of a return ticket at the time of application (at least €3,000 reserves)

- Before your trip, our experienced team will answer all your questions and support you in planning your journey in Japan. 

- You will be invited to an online session that will walk you through all necessary steps and answer any remaining questions. You'll also get a chance to connect with our local community!

- Pickup from the airport (Kobe Airport / Kansai Airport) via public transportation and accompany you to our share-house or homestay accommodation (accommodation booked through us only).

- We accompany you to the city hall to register you as a resident and apply for all required insurance. 

- We accompany you to a bank to open an account; assist you with signing a mobile phone contract. 

- If you receive official letters from Japanese authorities, we will inform you of what to do. 

- Our career consultant will assist you in creating your resume and application documents in both Japanese and English; teach you everything you need to know about working in Japan; practice mock Japanese job interview. 

- If you have basic Japanese skills, we arrange an appointment at the national job centre and accompany you there. The job centre has a high job placement success rate.  

- If you do not yet have basic Japanese skills, we provide Japanese lessons, JLPT test preparation, job counselling. 

- You can use printers in our school for job searches and application preparation.

We host a monthly Japanese-English language exchange event, allowing you to make new friends and communicate with Japanese people in our community. 

 The first month of accommodation is included in the package, so there’s no need to feel pressured or rush into anything.

As a heads-up, rental accommodation in Japan is usually unfurnished and often requires a significant upfront payment. That’s why we include the first month - to give you time to settle in and explore your options.

You can extend the accommodation if needed, and it can be paid monthly on-site. Of course, you’re also welcome to arrange your own housing independently if you prefer.

Learning some Japanese is not mandatory but recommended. The following options are available:

🇯🇵 Japanese-English language exchanges - free of charge!

 💻 Online Japanese lessons (before arrival)

　・Semi-private: 15 EUR /hour

The following nationalities can undertake two non-consecutive Working Holidays stays of one year each in Japan:

The following nationalities can either stay for two consecutive years or undertake two non-consecutive Working Holiday of one year each in Japan:

- United Kingdom
