Once our bank confirms your payment, our team will begin arranging your homestay, class, and everything you'll need.  

You’ll also be asked to fill out a homestay form with your personal info, preferences (language, dietary needs, etc.), and a message to your host family.

3. Send us your flight details

So we can arrange a smooth airport pickup and transfer to your homestay.

4. Take a short level test & book a call
This helps us match you with the right class and support you in planning your trip.

We provide full support to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout your stay:

• 24/7 emergency contact in both Japanese and English
• On-site student support for any issues or concerns during their program
• Local host family to help with daily life and provide a warm, welcoming environment
• Personalised care from our dedicated team

Our team will keep close contact with students' homestay family to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. 

For parents who prefer to have weekly updates with student progress and photos, Weekly Parental Update is available at ￥30,000 for the entire stay. 

Students are also welcome to take as many pictures and memories home!

Our program focuses on practical, real-life communication, not just textbook memorisation.

You will learn how to express yourself naturally in everyday situations—whether ordering food, chatting with locals, or joining community events.

Lessons are taught by certified native instructors in small groups, using a communicative approach designed to build confidence, fluency, and cultural understanding from day one.

Our curriculum also includes real-world practice whenever possible. For example, after a lesson on ordering in a café, students will actually go out and order in person—maximising the value of their time in Japan and helping them apply what they’ve learned immediately.

No, it is not required. 

Your child will be in safe hands, making friends with teens in Japan and from all over the world. They will stay with a Japanese host family and will have curfews (unless parents agrees otherwise). 

Flights are not included, as courses are flexible and students prefer to make their own travel arrangements. Assistance can be provided if required. 

Kobe Airport and Kansai International Airport are the recommended airport. 

We will match your host family based on your preference, personality and hobbies. 

Our staff or driver will be waiting at the arrival gate for airport pick-up and will personally hand the student over to the host family in Japan. 

Please book a flight arriving between 10am to 7pm to ensure a smooth pick-up and safety for a minor traveller. Transfer from Kobe Airport, Itami Airport and Kansai International Airport are included in the package.

 *For flights arriving outside of this time frame, an additional fee of ¥16,500 will apply.
